I dipped in when I saw "The psalmist was...Hi! I dipped in when I saw "The psalmist was bipolar" and read back a few posts. I'll be checking in from time to time to see if you've written more. I saw something today that reminded me of this post, regarding the following: "i would even argue that a case could be made ... that this setting apart- whether circumstantially delightful or tragic- is in accordance with God's greater purposes for his universal creation; part of God's exaltation of it."<br /><br />Today's John Fischer "Catch of the Day" had this in it: "We can only imagine what Eden was like for Adam and Eve in their innocent state, but in spite of how idyllic that must have been, they never would have understood what it's like to go from losing to winning, death to life, devastation to recovery or guilt to grace. And one thing is for sure; their garden-variety life won't hold a candle to what heaven will be like when all the saints Christ has redeemed go marching in."<br /><br />I have thought about my dad, who died two years ago, being unable to feed himself that last few months of his life.
